Adam Sutherland (Director)
Adam Sutherland became director in 1999 from art.tm in Inverness, before which he worked in London as a freelance artist, curator and producer. He has overseen the development of Grizedale Arts from regional forest sculpture trail to internationally-significant arts organisation.
Adam has a longstanding commitment to helping art and artists become a part of everyday life: a standard expectation to live and work creatively. It's a modest aim.
Adam is also a live-in warden at HQ Lawson Park.

Tracy works for both Grizedale and the Coniston Institute and is based in the Coniston Institute. She is responsible for the financial management of both organisations and also co-ordinates the bookings of the Institute. Tracy is a smallholder with a particular enthusiasm for Boxer dogs.
