At Grizedale
Cumbria bred fashion designer Giles Deacon designed farm
uniforms for Lawson Park in 2008 during the Agrifashionista.tv
project.
In 2003 Giles launched the label GILES and has since regularly
received awards for his work within fashion. He was named 'Best New
Designer' in 2004 at the British Fashion Awards, in 2005 he
received the Young Designer Award from Elle Magazine's Style
Awards, 2006 he won the British Fashion Council's 'Fashion Forward
Award' and British Designer of the Year in 2007. Suffice to say
Giles is one of the most important designers in the fashion world
today.
