Born 1976, United Kingdom. Lives & Works in United Kingdom.
As part of Seven Samurai Barnaby travelled with Grizedale to Toge, Japan in 2006. Barnaby created a series of paintings of people in the village, which he then gave to his subjects. The traditional style of the paintings was in direct contrast to the kind work that the triennial (Tokyo Ikebukuro International Art Festival) represented, most of which were unfathomable to the villagers.
